Buses are parked diagonally. The counter shows 4/6 by the middle and 6/7 later, so extra road places were added twice.
Tip for this level
Two extra places were used in the recording. On diagonal layouts, free the buses at the outer corners first; they usually have the clearest paths.
Board doesn't match? Pause at the start and compare the sand picture and the bus colours in the car park. If they differ, you have another version of Level 24. The rules and general tips still apply.
